Lawrence Elementary School

This was the first District No. 2 brick high school, built in 1900. It became Lawrence Elementary school after the second brick high school was built at 7225 Ralston Road in 1920. Lawrence Elementary School was named for Helen E. Lawrence who served for many years as an early grade school teacher.
