Colonial Hotel/ Beta Theta Pi Sorority House

E.T. (Gene) and Sarah Belk Rutherford built the house in 1905 as a fraternity house for the Colorado School of Mines. Later it became a bed and breakfast and is presently the Beta Theta Pi Sorority House.
