Members met in a old barn at 32nd and Wadsworth at first. Then Rev. Martin Ness held services in the home of E.T.Fritze in Feb. 1930. Later in the Wheat Ridge Methodist Church at 32nd and Wadsworth. Organization took place Oct. 1930. The original structure was built at 22nd and Wadsworth Blvd. July, 1933. Rev. Ness and family were transferred to Kansas City area in Sept. 1948. They have a day school, a new sanctuary built in Oct. 1969, and a multi-purpose addition in Nov. 1976. A new school complex which was dedicated Nov. 1983. A high bell tower was donated by the Kortum Family June 1989.
