Beaver Brook Station

Address: Clear Creek Canyon, 7.5 miles west of Golden

A station on the old Colorado Central Railroad at Beaver Brook, about one quarter mile west of the east end of Tunnel No. 2 on Highway 6. Named for the Beaver Brook stream joining Clear Creek at this location. Consisted of a tourist stop, station, pavilion, and siding in Clear Creek Canyon. Beaver Brook Station was the northern terminus of a 5-mile trail to the summit of Genesee Mountain.
