This house was built in 1874, and the original owner was W.H. Whitehead. This Italianate style house was built as a single family house and features a hipped roof, brick construction, thin arched windows, and a cobblestone retaining wall and outbuilding. It was later converted into apartments, and by 1941 it housed many boarders and roomers.
